Instructions
heat avocado oil in a pan
mix the chickpea flour and water together (note add more water for a thinner pancakes and less for a thicker one just depends on what you like)
pour batter into the pan
add toppings (kale, scallions, spinach can be added into the batter and cooked)
let the pancake cook until it is golden brown and bubbling and then flip
Allow this side to cook for 3-5 minutes

pesto, tzatziki, tahini, green goddess dressing
scallions, picked red onions
sesame seeds
