Oatmeal Pancakes

Instructions

  1. Take the oats and 1 cup of oat milk and make oatmeal on your stove top or in the microwave

  1. Let cool and add in the oil

  2. Mix your dry ingredients in a separate bowl

  3. Add the oatmeal to the dry ingredients and slowly mix in the apple cider vinegar

  4. Heat your pan with a couple more tbsp of neutral oil and scoop your pancakes

  5. I usually use a 1/2 cup measure to scoop them

  6. Note: these are thick pancakes so they can take a bit longer to cook

Ingredients

3/4 cup oats

1 cup oat milk

3 tbsp neutral oil

1/2 cup flour

2 tbsp baking powder

1/4 tsp baking soda

3 tbsp sugar (optional)

pinch of salt

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
