Oatmeal Pancakes
Instructions
Take the oats and 1 cup of oat milk and make oatmeal on your stove top or in the microwave
Let cool and add in the oil
Mix your dry ingredients in a separate bowl
Add the oatmeal to the dry ingredients and slowly mix in the apple cider vinegar
Heat your pan with a couple more tbsp of neutral oil and scoop your pancakes
I usually use a 1/2 cup measure to scoop them
Note: these are thick pancakes so they can take a bit longer to cook

3/4 cup oats
1 cup oat milk
3 tbsp neutral oil
1/2 cup flour
2 tbsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
3 tbsp sugar (optional)
pinch of salt
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
