Salmon en Papillote

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 400

  2. Place your salmon in the middle of the parchment skin side down

  3. Add lemon, shallot, herbs, capers, and drizzle with olive oil

  4. Wrap your salmon in the parchment paper and crimp the edges so the package steams and cook in the oven about 10-15 minutes

Ingredients

6 oz salmon filet skin-on

1 tbsp fresh herbs (I used thyme)

1 sliced lemon

sliced shallot

olive oil

1 tbsp capers

parchment paper
